Australia Is Set For More Wild Weather This Week – What Does This Mean For Your Local Area?
We’re all still reeling from the episode of wild weather across Australia’s East Coast last week with lashing winds, freezing cold mornings and bucketloads of rain. However, just when we thought it was over, the Bureau of Meteorology issued another warning for showers and windy conditions across some parts of Australia – but will it affect your area?
The forecast shows a strong low pressure system sweeping across the nations south, and although the original tweet issued a forecast for “showers to continue along east Aus coast due to onshore winds”, this was later updated.
This week across the East Coast there’ll be a delightful change from last week’s wet weather, with the forecast for the Shoalhaven, Illawarra and Hunter being low-to-mid 20s and mostly sunny, up until the weekend when the weather dips back down to around the 17 – 18 degree mark.
A perfect welcome back to work after the long weekend! Have a great week!
